The Lord Mayor of Dublin, Hazel Chu launches SPARQ – Ireland’s first Smart Exercise Park in Donaghmede. Dublin company Sparq, in partnership with Dublin City Council, open Ireland’s very first fitness focused smart park today in Donaghmede Park, Dublin 13 – with plans to roll out the community fitness initiative nationwide.
