Tomorrows

Dublin’s Newest Venue Features Live Music, DJs, Craft Rum & More

With a killer line up of amazing live bands to blow the November blues away, this has to be The Bowery’s strongest week to date. Tuesday sees the inaugural voyage of SOS (Shipstern Open Sessions), the cooler kind of Open Mic, hosted by MKAI’s Cian, which is set to take place every Tuesday from 8.00pm to 10.00pm. On Wednesday Homebeat present Tomorrows – launching their new album ‘Another Life’ with support from Tandem Felix. The brilliant Barq launch their debut single “Bear” with special guests SOULÉ on Thursday. Rock n’ Roll blues band Black Crow Chicken take to the deck on Friday, if ZZ Top or Rory Gallagher are your thing these guys will blow your socks off! Closing off the week on Saturday, experts in disco classics Tongue in Chic will be bringing you everything from Bowie to Duran Duran and of course lots and lots of Chic!

We look forward to seeing you on board!

Live Music has a new home in Dublin at The Bowery in Rathmines. Based in the bustling bohemian area in Dublin City it’s a unique, dedicated live music venue and Rum bar. With everything covered from Rock ’n’ Roll to Ska, Acoustic to Funk and loads of special guests, The Bowery is very passionate about it’s music policy.

Not only great music but spectacular design. Imagine being in the “bowels” of an 18th Century boat and you’re half way there. With the finest wood paneling from the local convent, port holes from the decommissioned Irish Naval Ship Le Setanta and floorboards from Bolands Mill.

Like any good vessel, The Bowery is well stocked with rum including their very own craft rum aged in smoked barrels on the premises and a wide selection of rum based signature cocktails. They’re sure to float your boat. (Sea what we did there?)

Sirens and sailors can enjoy not only live music but resident DJs including Le Galaxie’s Michael Pope, Nialler9 and Today FM’s Kelly-Anne Byrne. Shore where else would you be with Friday nights featuring the finest Rock ‘n’ Roll, Rockabilly and Blue Grass while on Saturdays The Bowery will be your only destination for Funk, Disco and Ska, oh bouy. And don’t forget every Friday and Saturday is FREE ADMISSION!
